A Letter from our Company President

While looking for a Web Hosting provider, price and features are of the first things we compare when trying to make our decision. However, in today's market, it is becoming increasingly necessary to not only look at the company's prices and features, but also to carefully evaluate the companies service, support, and ability to go above and beyond what is expected.

If only shopping for a hosting provider was this easy. The importance of looking beyond the surface of your hosting provider is realized when you consider you are not just buying a product but you are really choosing a business partner who will play a key role in your efforts to succeed on the Internet. The company you choose can easily enhance or diminish your ability to succeed. We recognize the importance of this responsibility to our customers, and we take that responsibility very seriously.

A hosting provider's quality of service is one of the largest factors contributing to your success. We subscribe to the philosophy that a high-quality product will always sell, ensuring prosperity for the business providing it. We provide the highest level of technical support available. I know of no other hosting provider that can deliver the level of Technical Support we provide. When you call our Support Line during business hours, you can talk directly with a qualified technician.

Our phone and email support policy is as follows: When a client places a call to our Support Desk, the very person who picks up the phone and answers the call will have the experience and the knowledge to provide the answer or solution 95 percent of the time. If the Technician cannot, he will put the client on hold and will consult the person who can help resolve the issue in a timely manner. All phone calls are resolved 100 percent of the time in that first phone call.

Other hosting providers provide phone support, but they handle it very differently. When you place a call to them, a person will ask you questions and document your issue. Instead of being able to fix your problem themselves, they will have to send the support request up to a "higher level" and you will then have to wait for your support request to be resolved by email.

Our Support Department is unique in other ways, too. We will not only support you with your regular technical support issues, but we can also provide consultation for your design, programming, security, and internal office needs, as well. Our Design, Programming, Server, and Network Staff are available to assist you. If you or your client has requested a particular feature or service for a website, and you want to go over your options, call us and we will give you our best advice on how to fill that request.

If you need an application that we do not currently provide in the netConsole, chances are we already have it, know where to get it, or can build it for you. If we build your application and we recognize it as something to offer across the board to all of our clients, we will build the application for you free of charge. The application would be made available in the netConsole for all our clients to have the chance to see and use for free.
