We do however practice strict policies regarding unsolicited email. In the event that one of our clients is found to have been sending unsolicited bulk email, we will terminate the account immediatley.

5. Do you perform daily backups on your mailservers in the event that I accidentally misplace important documents?

6. If needed, can your technicians help me set up my email client to connect to your mailservers?
Yes. You can feel free to call us whever you want and a member of our friendly support staff will help you get set up. Also instructions on setting up your email client for POP3 & IMAP can be found here.
7. How can I tell whether I need POP3 or IMAP?
POP3, (Post Office Protocol) is more suited for the individual who only uses one computer to check their messages. POP3 will download email from the server and save it to your local computer. If you check your messsages from more than one computer while using POP3, your email will most likely be scattered across more than one computer.
IMAP, (Internet Messaging Access Protocol) is more suited for the individual who uses multiple computers to access thier messages, such as a workstation in the office, and a handheld device when out of the office. IMAP will leave messages on the server so that they can be viewed by any computer you choose. *The IMAP protocol will leave messages on the mailserver thus increasing disk space usage.
8. Will I be able to create my own email addresses, or will Internet Connection have to do that?
