Up to 25GB Storage Space
If you setup the maximum number of email accounts allowed for in the package that you choose, each email account will have a minimum of 200 megs of storage space. The message storage space is shared across all of the email accounts in the package.
If you have a particular Users' email account that does not need and/or use the full 200 megs of storage space (which is very common), the extra left over storage space will be shared (allocated) to the other Users' email accounts that do need it. This allows for your heavy Users to have plenty of storage space, with-out you having to pay extra storage costs for their individual accounts - thus offering you more value.
