1. How soon can I start using my new Windows Web Only Hosting account?
Within 12 hours of receiving your order for Windows Web Only Hosting, we will set up your new hosting account and then notify you by email that the setup has taken place. Upon receipt of the confirmation you will be able to start using your new account.
2. How much disk space comes with my new account?
Each Windows Web Only Hosting account comes with 2GB of disk space. More than enough space to house all of your web applications.
3. Do you support FrontPage for Windows Web Only Hosting accounts?
Yes we do! All Windows Web Only Hosting accounts come with Frontpage Extensions already installed. Don't need FrontPage Extensions? No worries. We will remove them upon request.
4. Can I install (insert your favorite program here) on my new account?
Yes you can. Often times our customers will need the extra functionality that only third party apps can provide. We have no problems with our customers installing third party applications on their servers.
5. Do I have access to my site logs and stats?
Yes. Windows Web Only Hosting accounts can be configured so that you can have access to your raw server logs. Then you can download and analyze them with the log analyzation program of your choice.
6. Does Internet Connection™ perform daily backups?
Yes. All of Internet Connection's production servers are backed up fully on a daily basis.
7. What restrictions do I have on my website?
Internet Connection™ does not place many restrictions on the websites that it hosts. All that we ask is that there be no pornographic material, or highly resource intensive processess running on your website.
8. What versions of FrontPage do you support?
Internet Connection's Windows Web Only Hosting accounts support all versions of MS FrontPage.
