1. How soon can I start using my new Windows Web & Email Hosting account?
Within 12 hours of receiving your order for Windows Web & Email Hosting, we will set up your account and then notify you by email that the setup has taken place. Upon receipt of the confrimation you will be able to start using your new account.
2. How much disk space comes with the account?
Each Windows Web & Email Hosting account comes with 2GB of disk space.
3. Do you offer FrontPage Extensions for all Windows Web & Email Hosting accounts?
Yes. All Windows Web & Email Hosting Accounts have Frontpage Extensions available for installation upon request
4. What versions of FrontPage do you support?
Internet Connection's Windows Web & Email Hosting accounts support all versions of FrontPage
5. Can I install third party software on my account?
Yes you can. Often times our customers will need the extra functionality that only third party apps can provide.
6. Do I have access to my site logs and stats?
Yes you can download your raw log files and process them with an analyzer of your choice. Currently we do not offer log analysis services with Windows Web & Email Hosting accounts.
7. Does Internet Connection™ perform daily backups?
All of Internet Connection's production servers are backed up fully on a daily basis.
8. What restrictions do I have on my website?
Internet Connection™ does not place many restrictions on the websites that it hosts. All that we ask is that there be no pornographic material, or highly resource intensive processess running on your website.
