3. Is the CMS System pre-installed on my account?

4. Do you offer a tool to administer my database?
Yes we do. phypMyAdmin is includes with every Internet Connection Specialized CMS Hosting account, and is installable from within NetConsole.
5. Will your support technicians be able to help me with any scripting questions that I may have?
